Martijn is the Chief Executive Officer of Neo Space Group (NSG). With extensive experience in CEO and executive leadership roles, he has built a successful track record of delivering growth in complex international environments.

Before joining NSG, Martijn was the CEO of EXA Infrastructure, and had previously served as Senior Advisor to Digital Infrastructure investors, leading the acquisition of EXA by I Squared Capital.

Martijn was previously the Group Managing Director of Telstra Enterprise and served on the Executive Committee of Telstra Corporation. During his tenure at Telstra, he also was the CEO of Telstra Global, which under his leadership transformed into the leading service provider in Asia Pacific. Prior to his time at Telstra, he was the SVP for Asia Pacific at Openwave Systems and has also held several executive positions at KPN Royal Dutch Telecom.

Martijn has lived and worked extensively across Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Americas, currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds an MBA from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

Raoul Berthillon is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Neo Space Group (NSG). Raoul has over 20 years of corporate finance leadership experience in the satellite and space industry, with deep sector knowledge and expertise in strategic finance, M&A transactions and investor relations.

Raoul joined NSG with a track record of delivering improved financial performance and sustainable growth to leading international satellite and telecommunication companies, as well as advising New Space start-ups.

Before joining NSG, Raoul previously served as the CFO of Thuraya, where his leadership contributed to improvement in key financial metrics and the company’s successful sale to a strategic investor. Previously, he was Regional CFO (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) at SES where he supported regional commercial strategies and drove profitable growth. Raoul also held various key executive positions at SES, including Regional Finance Director (Western Europe), as well as Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis (EMEA).

Raoul has spent his career living and working throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East and currently resides in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, USA and a Master in Corporate Finance from Lille University, France.

Safinaz Murshid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across diverse industries, including space technology, government advisory, healthcare, and management consulting. She is currently the Chief of Staff at NEO Space Group, a global leader in space technology, where she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency, strategic development, and change management.

Safinaz’s career began in journalism and media, working as a freelance writer for Arab News (2000–2006) and as a TV correspondent, producer, and announcer for Orbit TV Network (2004). These roles honed her communication and storytelling skills, which have been instrumental in her leadership positions.

Safinaz holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and combines her diverse professional background with a commitment to fostering innovation, strategic excellence, and leadership development. Her ability to adapt across sectors and lead transformational programs has made her a respected figure in her field.

Nathan is the General Counsel of Neo Space Group (NSG). He brings over 15 years of experience in the field to his role from public and private sector organizations in the UK and USA.

His role withing NSG involves overseeing legal, contracts, compliance, and risk management support for all the company’s operations and functional areas. Nathan also leads strategic growth initiatives and manages corporate governance matters.

Before joining NSG, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Redwire Corporation, a global space infrastructure company, where he was responsible for all legal and compliance activities. While there, he established a track record of successfully implementing strategic corporate development initiatives in the aerospace sector.

As an experienced general counsel, compliance lead, and board advisor in growing businesses, Nathan has been responsible for establishing and scaling teams to address legal, risk, and corporate development matters. He began his career as a member of the corporate and capital markets practice groups in the London and New York offices of the law firm Latham & Watkins.

Nathan has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the United States. He is the recipient of multiple NASA team awards for successful flight demonstrations of innovative precision landing technologies and is a member of the International Institute of Space Law. He is an Honors graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Minnesota Law Review and was a Royal A. Stone Memorial Scholar.

Moutaz is the Chief HR Officer of Neo Space Group (NSG). He brings a broad range of knowledge and expertise to his position through a long career in human resources and several other senior management roles in some of the biggest start-up projects in Saudi Arabia.

Before joining NSG, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at the industrialization and energy services company, TAQA, where he was responsible for developing and launching the business’s shared services function.

Moutaz was formerly the Chief Human Officer at the Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Center, where he led and managed the complex merger and transition of thousands of healthcare professionals. Before that, he held the role of Industrial Relations Vice President at the Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) during which he oversaw the formation of the human resources, supply chain, safety, and industrial security and support services operation for the giant full conversion refinery.

This is in addition to holding a position as Vice President of Industrial Relations at Aramco Services Company in Houston, Texas as well as being part of the founding leadership team of the King Abdullah University for Science and Technology as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources. There, he led the establishment of the human resources infrastructure for one of the Kingdom’s biggest start-up projects.

Moutaz holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and a master’s degree in business administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dharan Saudi Arabia. He was involved in several leadership and executive development programs from Columbia, Rice, and Georgetown Universities in the USA. He has completed the University of Minnesota's HR Certification and is a certified Performance Improvement Consultant from the International Society for Performance Improvement, USA.

Dr. Mark Dickinson is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Neo Space Group (NSG). He is a distinguished figure in the satellite communications industry, known for his extensive contributions during his tenure at Inmarsat and his active participation in various industry events.

Dr. Dickinson earned his Ph.D. in High Energy Astrophysics from the University of Durham in 1997. He began his career as a software engineer at the Vega Group, focusing on defense and space systems. In 2000, he joined Inmarsat’s Satellite Operations department, contributing to the development of a new satellite control system. By 2009, he became the Director of Satellite Operations, overseeing Inmarsat’s fleet of geostationary telecommunications satellites. In 2018, he took on the responsibility for the design, procurement, and launch of Inmarsat’s future space segment assets. Following Viasat’s acquisition of Inmarsat in 2023, Dr. Dickinson continued in this role for the combined organization.

Beyond his roles at Inmarsat and Viasat, Dr. Dickinson has been actively involved with the Space Data Association (SDA), an international non-profit organization dedicated to the safety and integrity of the space environment.

Philippe Carette is the Chief Operating Officer and the President of the Satellite Communications Division at Neo Space Group (NSG), the PIF-owned national champion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also the Director of the Aerospace segment (MENA) at PIF. With more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and technology sectors, Philippe drives NSG’s global commercial strategy, focusing on expanding partnerships, business development and revenue generation.

Before joining NSG and PIF, Philippe held senior leadership roles in high-growth aerospace firms and technology leaders, including Inmarsat, Thales, TE Connectivity, ALTEN and Safran. His deep understanding of the aerospace sector, government contracts, and private sector collaborations has been instrumental in shaping NSG’s position in the space industry.

Philippe holds a [degree] in [Hydraulics and Mechanical Engineering] from Grenoble INP – UGA. He is passionate about advancing space commercialization and is committed to the vision of making space accessible for humanity’s future. Outside of work, Philippe is a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs in the space tech field and a frequent speaker at industry events.

Jason Andrews is the Acting President of the Geospatial Division at Neo Space Group. He is an American space and technology entrepreneur. He co-founded Andrews Space in 1999 with his wife Marian Joh, founded Spaceflight Inc in 2009, BlackSky Global LLC in 2013, and integrated all three entities together in 2015 under Spaceflight Industries.

From 2013 to 2018 Andrews raised over $200 million in capital to fund the development and growth of Spaceflight Industries and the BlackSky business plan.

In 2019 Andrews founded BigIdea Partners, a Seattle based idea lab and startup studio that strives to field game changing products and businesses that create or define a category. One of his first projects was Orbite Inc, which he co-founded with Nicolas Gaume, a human spaceflight and astronaut training / space experience company.

In 2020 Andrews founded BluOasis, which builds units that generate electricity and water from sunlight and air, to bring essential resources to those who need it most.

In 2022 he was tapped by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) to be part of the founding team of Neo Space Group, where he currently serves as Board Member and President of the Geospatial Division.
