PIF’s Newly Launched Neo Space Group Partners with Display Interactive for Next-Gen Connectivity Solutions

Neo Space Group (NSG), the recently launched space services company by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has teamed up with in-flight entertainment and connectivity solutions provider Display Interactive (DI) to introduce Skywaves® and SkyFly. The collaboration between the two entities represents a shared commitment that aims to drive innovation and deliver next-generation connectivity solutions that meet the evolving needs of airlines and passengers across the globe. Skywaves® is an advanced satellite connectivity system for airlines to unlock different capabilities that will provide passengers with seamless connectivity and digital services during flights.

Managing Director of NSG, Faisal Alsalloum, said:

"This partnership with DI represents a significant milestone in our mission to revolutionize inflight connectivity, Skywaves empowers airlines with a flexible and scalable solution that enhances passenger experience while meeting the demands of today's digital era." Meanwhile, SkyFly end user portal aims to transform in-flight passenger experiences by enable various services for passengers at the touch of a button during flights. This will include movie streaming, online shopping, and other digital services.

Display Interactive’s CEO, Tarek El Mitwalli, noted:

"We are thrilled to partner with NSG to introduce Skywaves to the aviation industry, with the ambition of a fiber-like throughput to aircraft. Both Skywaves and SkyFly will initially launch with leading airlines in Saudi Arabia once obtaining all relevant licences and approvals, with plans for further expansion across the aviation sector.
