Safinaz’s appointment marks a significant milestone as she becomes the first Saudi female to join the leadership team at NEO Space Group. This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to fostering diversity and empowering talent within the Kingdom.
Prior to joining NEO Space Group, Safinaz served as an Advisor to H.E. the Chief Executive Officer at a Confidential Government Entity, where she provided strategic counsel on performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare management. She also held the role of Strategy Director at the Health Sector Transformation Program (HSTP), where she directed large-scale transformation efforts.
Safinaz’s diverse career includes advisory roles at Devoteam Management Consulting, where she specialized in transformation management and business strategy, and leadership positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, focusing on corporate social responsibility and strategic planning. Her early career in media and journalism has further enriched her ability to communicate effectively and lead with clarity.
